The chairs are a nice bright office Blue. They have seat height and Back height adjustments plus a back tilt option 
The condition is good .they all sit really well. Still loads of padded back and seat. They will have minor marks .one seat on edges is a little dirty but could be cleaned if needed. Not that noticeable  but I like to be clear with condition
