The chairs sit really well. The condition is good . No Rips or tears. Only very small fabric marks.

Approx size is 90cms high . To the seat its 45cms high. Width of chair is 56cms and between the arms the seat is 48cms . Chair depth is 60cms and seat yo backrest is 50cms
